Archmere Academy is a Catholic, Norbertine college preparatory school, valuing community, 尊重, 热情, reverence, and wisdom. Nurturing body and soul, mind and heart, Archmere focuses on the whole person through academic excellence, faith reflection, social development, and service to others. Inspired by its heritage, Archmere cultivates empathetic leaders- young men and women prepared for every good work.

Since opening its doors in 1932, Archmere Academy is known for its rigorous academic program. The academic disciplines foster critical thinking skills, strengthen analytical reasoning, and foster intellectual creativity through each department. McKayla Hwang '27 won second place at the American Viola Society Festival 2024 junior solo competition. The American Viola Society is one of the largest viola societies in the world and runs the prestigious Primrose International Viola Competition. The competition took place at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, California.
